Competitive Registration

Competitive Registration for Teams - Not Individual Players

Greater Lewisville Area Soccer Association (GLASA) accepts competitive teams requesting to our association as their home association.

Competitive team registration is completed online only through Got Soccer at the following link:

REGISTER NOW for Fall 2023 - Spring 2024.


Please make sure all of the following is completed before requesting roster.

1. Make sure all of your players that you have as of now are typed into your GotSport team account before you continue. You will not be able to add them during the registration process. However, you can add more later. You will be able to remove players that aren't continuing with you as you go through the next few screens. Leave player ID numbers blank.

2. You're about to login, which means as a manager/coach you are already attached to a team. There are no longer team logins, so just login as yourself and you should see your team. Just click the 'Register' button next to the team you are registering for Home Association and you'll be on the right track.

3. It's going to ask your prefered division, you can ignore that, it's not required, we just cant remove it. Then, it will also ask your competitive level, scroll down to the bottom and be sure to select 'Competitive'

4. You should already be listed so you wont need to edit your own information

5. Coaches can only be added if they have their risk management/safesport complete, hit the green check box next to their name. Don't let this step hold you up, keep going through the registration and we can discuss any changes you need to make at the end. 

6. At checkout, select home registration and continue.  This part is new this season.  On the features page, please select the number of players to be rostered as well as coaches/managers.  Even if we are billing the club.. You'll know you're done when you get to the end and you see a REGISTER button, make sure to click it, it will allow me to see your team.

7. Send me an email when you're done and I'll let you know how you did and then we can go from there:

Make checks payable to GLASA.  GLASA will not accept a team registration without payment unless prior arrangements have been made. If your club pays for your registration then simply select "Pay by Check" and your club will be invoiced at a later time.

REGISTRATION INFO: If you plan to use electronic registration, please confirm via email (,  once all required documents have been uploaded into GotSport and you have updated/created your roster in GotSport. 

*Teams who want to make an appointment for in person registration can send a request to  Please bring all paperwork with you. Missing paperwork will require you to come back. Teams are required to apply to the event and enter all information in GotSport before the appointment.  Appointment times will begin on July 1st.  Teams will be allowed 30 minute slots per team.





*Teams register for the entire year,  which includes Fall '21 and Spring '22.


  • Background Checks and ID's for Rostered Adults
    • GLASA REQUIRES all adults to show valid pictured proof of identification once per soccer year. 
    • Background checks must be done through your club. Contact your club for more details.
  • Create or Update your GotSport Roster under your Team Account in the Team Management tab of your manager GotSport Login.
    • Use GotSport to form your roster. 
    • Use the player's legal name from the birth certificate, NO nicknames. Existing Teams need to Delete player profiles that are no longer on the team for the new year. 
    • Enter player phone number and all address information as it appears on each player's competitive form.
    • Include a jersey number (mandatory). There cannot be any duplicate jersey numbers, and players can only be assigned one jersey number at a time.
    • Enter the team name exactly as it should appear on the roster.
    • Head Shots ARE mandatory for registration. Head shots should be shoulders up and not full body pictures. No sunglasses or hats.
  • Fact Sheet:
    • Team Fact Sheet must be submitted electronically (by June 15th) to NTSSA before registering the team with Frisco Soccer. This is to be distributed to any player interested in your team. 
    • Fact Sheet Signature Page must be signed by all parents/players
      • Proof of approved fact sheet will be required along with the Fact Sheet Signature page
  • Fees are due at the time of registration (or check with your club to see if direct bill has been set up).
  • Teams must have at least 12 players to initiate a team registration


GLASA will validate and return original documents

  • NTSSA Competitive Membership Form- (Can NOT be completed or signed before July 1st)
    • All sections of the form must be filled out
    • Signatures are required.
    • Missing signatures or incomplete information will cause the form to be rejected.
  • Government issued birth certificate
    • Birth Certificates must be legible. 
    • Hospital birth certificates will not be accepted.
    • Players with Foreign Birth Certificates must have international clearance before they can be added to a roster. Please be aware that this process can take up to 6 months. Details on the International Clearance Process can be found here.
  • Medical Release Forms - while not mandatory to complete registration, we do recommend uploading them to your account at registration so that you have them on file. 


  • A signed official, computer generated, North Texas Roster. This will still need to be signed by Head Coach to be valid.
  • An NTSSA Member ID Card as proof of background check for all rostered adults.
  • Laminated travel player cards (upon request). We can only do these if the player have head shots uploaded into the account. We do recommend getting these early in the season so you already have them on hand for any last minute tournaments. 


2023/2024 Registration Fees:

  • $30.00 per player for a full soccer year
  • $5.00 per coach/manager
  • $5.00 per transfer
  • Registration for the competitive season opens July 1st

Other Requirements

Payment will need to be received in order to produce a roster. Please do not click pay now, I will process payment once roster is generated and I have verified fees.  However, if you are with a club that pays the fees, I will invoice club.
