Academy Registration

 

Individual Academy Player Registration Information

The Academy form is specific to an individual player and  should not be completed or paid for by the Academy team.

This form is required for player participation in all NTSSA academy programs or tournaments.  

IF YOU ARE PLAYING RECREATIONAL FALL 2023 OR SPRING 2024 WITH ANOTHER ASSOCIATION, PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT.  YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR RECREATIONAL ASSOCIATION.

Academy ONLY registered players can register with GLASA no matter where they live.

Registered Academy Players are not placed on a team by GLASA. You must find your own academy team.

Current GLASA recreational players are not required to register and pay an additional fee for Academy.  You still need to register but select the Recreational and Academy option.  Academy only please select Academy only option.

Recreational players who play on a NON-GLASA recreational team, and also play on an academy soccer team, MUST have their academy form validated by their recreational home association.

Academy Registrations for the 2023/2024 season will open on July 1st

 

**Only valid for U7(2017)-U10(2014) aged players.

 

Registration Fee: $30 for Full Soccer Year (Fall to Spring (8/1/23- 7/31/24)

 

Email birth certificate to  Tiffanie Jackson at tiffanie@glasasoccer.org for the Registrar approval. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO THE OFFICE email. Once the form is approved you be able to log into your GotSport account to retrieve your approved form.

  • Government issued birth certificate or Passport
    • Birth Certificates must be legible. 
    • Hospital birth certificates will not be accepted.
    • Players with Foreign Birth Certificates must have international clearance before they can be added to a roster. Please be aware that this process can take up to 6 months. Details on the International Clearance Process can be found here.

NO REFUNDS FOR ACADEMY REGISTRATION ONCE THE FORM IS APPROVED BY GLASA.

PLEASE ALLOW 72 HOURS FOR VALIDATION  DURING HIGH VOLUME TIMES . REGISTRATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER 12PM ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE RETURNED THE SAME DAY.
