50% Rule
Coaches need to play every child on their roster 50% of EACH and EVERY game. This is RECREATIONAL soccer. The kids are here to learn and play soccer. They have paid money to be on a recreational team and our rule book guarantees each child to play at least 50%of the time. This is not dependant on skill or ability.
Considerations toward this playing time shall include player's attendance of practices and other activities, but shall not be based on player's ability skills.

Game Reports
Game reports are due after each game for U7 and older. Forms are included in the coaches packet and available on the forms page. Please turn these reports into the appropriate age slot of the box located in the net and flag room at the end of the concession stand building. |

REMEMBER: Team drinks are provided at the concession stand for players at Lake Park. Players can go to the North concession stand window to receive their free drink.

Safety / First Aid
Safety is a major concern for GLASA. Coaches please ensure you have a first aid kit available for practices and games to take care of minor cuts and scratches. |
