New Schedule Request Information
GLASA has grown so much over the years therefore it makes it impossible to continue to allow teams to request a bye. For the Fall 2005 season and the season’s to come GLASA will no longer accept scheduling request.

GLASA will continue to work with those coaches that are the head coach only for multiple teams. The head coach must fill out a no conflict form which is located here on our website. Please email the form to the commissioner (email address located on the website). This form must be turned in by January 19, 2007. Once the scheduler has started the scheduling process you will not be able to submit the form.

GLASA will allow teams to make a scheduling request for games that conflict with a school or church function only. The request must be submitted in writing via email to both your appropriate age group commissioner and the scheduler within 2 full weeks prior to the game date. If the request is made less than two full weeks from the game date the game will not be rescheduled. It is the coaches or the managers responsibility to ask their schools for a calendar or check your schools website for upcoming events (ex. open house, PTA meetings, programs, sporting events etc.).

Coach's Clinics
All coaches taking any of the clinics need to bring a ball,shin guards and water
and be ready to participate in the on-field portion of the clinics.

All clinics will be held at the Bob Wiseman Complex.
To register for a clinic, contact our director of coaching -
G clinic This a four hour clinic (two hours classroom and two hours on-field) and is for the beginning coach.This clinic is free for all GLASA coaches and is geared for U5,U6,U7 coaches.
Every coach must have at least a G license, this is required by North Texas Soccer.

F clinic This clinic is free for registered Glasa coaches and $35 for all other coaches. It is a 8 hour clinic 2 hours of classroom and 6 hours of on-field. This clinic is geared for U8,U9& U10 coaches.

D clinic
This is a 36 hour clinic and is for U14 coaches and older and primarily competitive coaches.The cost of the clinic is $100. Glasa does not pay for coaches to take this clinic due to the fact that most coaches taking this clinic are looking to coach competitive soccer.
Also coaches must have there E license in order to take the D clinic.
